Segundo o delegado da DIG, Dr.Rafael Domingos Faria, após matarem a vítima e abandonarem o corpo próximo ao Parque do Peão, um maior e um menor investigados se reuniram com os outros dois envolvidos e passaram a fazer compras com os cartões bancários da vítima. “Eles adquiriram bebidas e roupas e, em seguida, abandonaram o veículo, onde foram encontradas marcas de sangue e uma lâmina provavelmente usada no crime”, afirmou.
Diante das investigações, o Poder Judiciário, decretou a prisão temporária dos adultos e a internação provisória dos adolescentes que foram cumpridos pelas equipes.
