Prefeitura divulga critérios de seleção e lista com mais de 45 mil inscritos classificados para participar do primeiro sorteio do programa Casa Nova Sorocaba – Agência de Notícias

A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria da Habitação e Regularização Fundiária (Sehab), divulga, nesta terça-feira (16), duas resoluções no Jornal Município de Sorocaba, que tratam dos procedimentos de seleção das famílias que poderão ser contempladas no sorteio do primeiro empreendimento do programa habitacional Casa Nova Sorocaba, bem como a lista com mais de 45 mil pessoas classificadas para o sorteio.

O primeiro empreendimento será construído em uma área de 10.482,77 metros quadrados, no Jardim Tropical, Zona Oeste da cidade. Coordenado pela Sehab, o Casa Nova Sorocaba é uma iniciativa do Plano de Governo da atual Administração, para construção de casas e apartamentos, por meio de parceria público-privada, que vai beneficiar milhares de famílias que, há anos, têm parte significativa da sua renda onerada com o aluguel e que, agora, terão a possibilidade de arcar com o financiamento do imóvel por um valor bem abaixo do mercado.

O secretário da Sehab, Tiago da Guia, ressalta que a lista que será divulgada não se trata dos sorteados, mas, sim, daquelas pessoas que concorrerão ao sorteio, previsto para ocorrer em fevereiro de 2022. “São mais de 45 mil nomes e isso exige todo cuidado na divulgação de informações. Importante ressaltar que não será feito atendimento presencial na Secretaria, sem o devido agendamento, resguardando as medidas de proteção sanitária a todos os envolvidos”, destaca o titular da pasta.

A Resolução SEHAB 013/2021 trata dos critérios utilizados para a seleção das famílias que se cadastraram, até o dia 31 de julho deste ano, para o primeiro empreendimento do Casa Nova Sorocaba. As famílias que participarão do primeiro sorteio deverão atender a, pelo menos, um dos seguintes filtros: coabitação familiar (famílias que residem em cômodos da mesma habitação), adensamento excessivo em domicílio alugado (domicílios alugados com, no mínimo, três pessoas que dormem no mesmo cômodo) e ônus excessivo com aluguel (famílias que comprometem mais de 30% de sua renda com aluguel).

O documento também trata de grupos familiares que tenham pessoas idosas como responsáveis ou cônjuges, bem como se há um integrante da família com deficiência. A resolução ainda traz uma tabela com a faixa de renda bruta familiar, assim como as exigências do programa, tais como a apresentação de comprovantes, para seja dada continuidade ao processo, após o sorteio.

Já, a Resolução SEHAB 014/2021, além da lista dos inscritos que participarão do sorteio (com quantos e quais critérios cada grupo familiar atende em relação aos filtros), trata também dos procedimentos necessários àquelas famílias que discordarem dos critérios utilizados pela Secretaria da Habitação e Regularização Fundiária e ainda àqueles grupos familiares que se cadastraram, mas não constam na lista divulgada.

Sobre o registro de recurso e o atendimento social

Os inscritos até o dia 31 de julho deste ano que tiverem o seu nome incluído na lista, mas que discordarem dos critérios divulgados na mesma relação ou aqueles que não tiverem interesse em participar do processo deste primeiro empreendimento, poderão registrar recurso, de maneira on-line, pelo próprio sistema de cadastro do programa Casa Nova Sorocaba, disponibilizado no link: https://habitacao.sorocaba.sp.gov.br/casa-nova/.

Para isso, basta acessar o link, digitar o CPF e a senha e clicar na aba “Recurso”. Na tela do “Recurso”, o interessado deverá informar um e-mail para contato (se houver) e, no campo “Justificativa”, escrever, de forma clara e objetiva, qual o motivo do recurso. Por fim, deve clicar no botão “Enviar recurso”.

Já, quem realizou o cadastro habitacional no Casa Nova Sorocaba até o dia 31 de julho deste ano e não encontrou o nome lista, poderá agendar atendimento social na Sehab para interposição de recurso. Para isso, o inscrito deverá acessar o mesmo link do cadastro (https://habitacao.sorocaba.sp.gov.br/casa-nova/), digitar o CPF e a senha e clicar na aba “Recurso”. Na tela do “Recurso”, o interessado deverá informar um e-mail para contato (se houver). Em seguida, no campo “Justificativa”, deverá escrever, de forma clara e objetiva, qual o motivo do recurso e, no campo “Agendamento para atendimento presencial”, deverá escolher uma das datas disponíveis para agendar. Por fim, deve clicar no botão “Enviar agendamento”.

O prazo para a interposição do recurso, bem como para o agendamento de atendimento presencial, segue das 9h desta quinta-feira (18) até as 16h30 do dia 24 de novembro. As resoluções e a lista com os nomes dos 45 mil inscritos classificados para participar do sorteio do primeiro empreendimento do Casa Nova Sorocaba poderão ser conferidas no Jornal Município de Sorocaba desta quinta-feira (16), pelo link: https://noticias.sorocaba.sp.gov.br/jornal/.
